Drop Off Catering

For events held in the Maryland Club, Crist Boardroom, AAI Conference Room, Chaney Library and/or Edlavitch-Tyser Conference Room, you are permitted to use a local, licensed restaurant to provide dropoff catering. Dropoff catering is not permitted for events held in the Orem Alumni Hall or Rever Hall of Fame, regardless of event size.

The Riggs Alumni Center provides tables and chairs. Plates, napkins, cups, utensils, etc. are the client’s responsibility (generally provided by the caterer). All setup and cleanup are the client’s responsibility. All trash is to be put in provided trash receptacle by client prior to leaving. If any trash is left after an event, the client will be charged a $250 cleaning fee to the credit card on file.

Linens are not included. You may purchase disposable table linens for $6 each or you can rent up to (10) fabric linens at $16 each. Contact your event manager for additional information. All soft drinks must be Pepsi products.

Bar Options and Pricing
  • Open Bar

  • Premium Bar $31 per person based on four hours
  • House Bar $27 per person based on four hours
  • Beer/Wine/Soda Bar $21 per person based on four hours
  • Host Bar

  • $500 deposit (client will be billed per drink consumed)
  • Cashier $20/hour (four-hour minimum)
  • Cash Bar

  • Cashier $20/hour (four-hour minimum)
