Our red conference chairs are complimentary with your room rental. We also have gold chivari chairs that we rent for $4.00 per chair. Your event coordinator can assist you with securing the rental of the chairs.

Room capacities are based on the square footage of the room and do not take into consideration additional items such as: staging, audio-visual equipment, dance floors, food tables, etc.

Rates are based on a four-hour event or conference and include tables, standard chairs, standard in-house A/V equipment and labor for set-up and clean-up. Clients must choose among the Samuel Riggs IV Alumni Center Required Caterers for food, beverages and linens.

Special rates apply for University of Maryland, College Park, faculty members, staff and students.
