Room capacities are based on the square
footage of the room and do not take into consideration
additional items such as: staging, audio-visual equipment,
dance floors, food tables, etc.
Rates are based on a four-hour event or conference
and include tables, standard chairs, standard in-house
A/V equipment and labor for set-up and clean-up. Clients
must choose among the Samuel Riggs IV Alumni Center
Required Caterers for food, beverages and linens.
Special rates apply for University of Maryland, College
Park, faculty members, staff and students.
