When Sam Riggs ’50 gave the first leadership gift toward an alumni center, he signaled his belief that the alumni center would create new opportunities for the university and its nearly quarter-million graduates. The Samuel Riggs IV Alumni Center Campaign at the University of Maryland, College Park, is a $33 million effort to cover the center’s construction costs and to build an endowment for its maintenance and operation.

You can help support the Riggs Alumni Center in several ways:
