Clients have several options when arranging bars for events: an open bar, host bar, cash bar or purchased drink tickets. There are three tiers of open-bar service from which to choose. See below for options and types of alcohol provided for each bar.

Drop Off Catering
For events held in the Crist Boardroom, AAI Conference Room, Chaney Library and/or Edlavitch-Tyser Conference Room, you are permitted to use a local, licensed restaurant to provide drop off catering.
Drop off catering is not permitted for events held in the Orem Alumni Hall or Rever Hall of Fame, regardless of event size.
The Riggs Center provides tables and chairs, everything else is the client responsibility.
All set up and clean up is the client’s responsibility. All trash is to be put in provided trash receptacle by client prior to leaving. If any trash is left after an event the client will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee to the credit card on file.
Linens are not included. You may purchase disposable table linens for $6 each or you can purchase up to (10) fabric linens at $16 each. Contact your event manager for additional information.
Beverages must be Pepsi products.
